Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For United States and Canada, duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we are only shipping to North America (Canada and US only). We are currently working on shipping worldwide!
Can I cancel or update my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of your order, by sending us an email to hello@bluekoidesigns.com. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to assist.
How can I track my order?
If our shipping company provides us with a tracking number, we will include that in your email notification when your product is shipped.

How do I start an online return?
To initiate the return, please email hello@bluekoidesigns.com with the subject “Return – (#Order Number)”. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond.
When will I receive my refund?
