Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. The return period begins on the day the order is delivered. Items purchased on-sale will only be eligible for store credit.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and cloth included)
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Blue Koi Designs will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Blue Koi Designs has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange for ring size changes. Conditions for exchange is the same as our return policy above. We will ship out the new product upon receipt of the product to be exchanged.
Return Shipping
The return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Return Instructions
To initiate the return, please email hello@bluekoidesigns.com with the subject “Return – (#Order Number)”. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond.
